Sometimes referred to as “power yoga” the postures can build strength of body and mind while also working on detoxification through sweat and breath. This style comes in all difficulties and we highly encourage all practitioners to incorporate vinyasa classes into their wellness regimen since the benefits are immense.
Our restorative classes generally consist of holding deep opening postures for a longer duration of time than that of a vinyasa practice.By holding these openers you are given the opportunity to sit in sensation and investigate your held narratives. It was always the intention of physical yoga to be the vehicle for your mind to travel deep into your self. This practice provides that very opportunity as well as completely relaxes your body after a long or physically demanding day.

You will get an amazing workout regardless of if you have or do not have weight. These classes are intended to build muscle, make you sweat, and strengthen your mind.
