Welcome to The Source Live
Thank you for joining us at The Source Live, where we are redefining the virtual yoga studio experience.

Other ways to support
Support our mission of creating a ripple of kindness in the world by doing a small act of service for someone you know, love or even a complete stranger. Go grocery shopping for your elderly neighbor. Call an old friend or someone going through a tough time to remind them how supported they are. Give time to a cause you believe in. Sit in nature to reset and refill your capacity to give. Love often and whole-heartedly.
Lastly, tell a friend about your experience with us, set up a date with someone to take a Source Live class or even tag us on social media – our handles are below.
Props For today’s class
Meet your teacher
Jenn teaches yoga to empower the world. She believes that we are stronger together, but before we can truly unite, we must find wholeness within. Jenn’s mission as a yoga teacher is to guide others towards personal freedom and universal connection.
In the silence of meditation and the flow of mindful movement, she encourages her students to investigate who they truly are. As we delve into self-inquiry beyond the surface of personal narratives, we can all begin to remember our inherent connection to all things. Her intention is that through this uncovering process, all of humanity will lead their lives from a place of love and go on to positively influence the world around them.
Join Jenn as she leads from a place of service. She is so excited to meet you on your mat!
Meet your teacher
Travis Kā’eo grew up in the small village of Kailua on the island of ‘Oahu, Hawai’i where, in his early years, he discovered the benefits of an active lifestyle. It wasn’t until after a collegiate career playing volleyball that his sister introduced him to yoga. From his first class he knew it was something he would do for the rest of his life. Three years later, he co-founded The Source Yoga + Wellness.
