Curveball. We are working into peace by working through stress, or rather burning it away entirely.
Yesterday we talked about how stress is stored in the body. We also talked about how animals have a ritual to release the stress accumulated from a chase. For more information on that, read the in-depth article here.
After yesterday’s class, we received a lot of requests for a strength practice – here it is. Grab your weights, option to grab blocks, and get ready to work. Know that the intention behind this workout in is no different than the intention behind yesterdays āsana practice – to create a ritual of release.
